The Digital Edition needs a dual link DVI cable (or VGA) on the input side so I have a feeling your bottle neck is your adapter/cable on the input side. Make sure you have a real DL-DVI cable or it won't work!
As word of caution, a lot of cable manufacturers claim their cables are dual link but they are not! Just because the cable uses DVI-D DL connectors doesn't make the cable dual link. The D in DVI-D doesn't stand for Dual Dual-Link but Digital which means DVI-D doesn't pass Analog.
Dual-link is two single link DVI signals running on the same cable allowing you to pass two 165Mhz channels totalling 330Mhz bandwith which is required for the larger resolutions required for multi-monitor setups such as Matrox and Datapath video processors.
Here is the pinout of a DL-DVI cable (keep in mind that DVI-D doesn't have the Analog pins):
So even if your cable has a DL-DVI-D connector, if pins 4, 5, 12, 13, 20 & 21 are not connected, your cable will a single-link cable and won't work with your TH2G.
I don't know if there are any DVI/HDMI adapters out there that are true dual-link adapters.
Do you have a DisplayPort connector on your computer? If so, get yourself a good DP to DL-DVI adapter (~$100-125) and a good DL-DVI cable (I personally use Bluerigger, TrippLite and Cable Matters up to 50ft and they work great) and you should be set.
The outputs of your TH2G are single-link so it's much easier to handle.

Re: TripleHead2Go Signal problem
Good morning. I've change adaptors with cable, but nothing, problem remain no signal to 2 TV monitor. I see that when i connect PC directly to hdmi extender the flashing light of this turns off. Instead when i connect PC to TH2GO and then this to extender, the light of extender flashing.... So i've understand that TH2GO don't launch output signal.... WHY????
Ps: All cables that i used are like that in photo attached....Are they okay?

At this point, I think it's best if you contact Matrox support.
Re: TripleHead2Go Signal problem
Also please re-read my last post! From your description, it really sounds like your issue is NOT the Matrox output but rather coming from the Matrox input.
Once again, you can't tell whether a cable is DL or SL by looking at a photo! That's why I wrote:

Re: TripleHead2Go Signal problem
Excuse me Oaktown if i don't understand very well, but i'm italian...Anyway i show you photo for explain that all the cable (in input and output) are like those in photo. Probably in input i need a cable with 4 pin also that in my cable missing. What do you mean for " if pins 4, 5, 12, 13, 20 & 21 are not connected"?I tried also to connect laptop to Th2go with VGA-VGA cable but windows 8 not recognizes the board. I read somewhere trying to update monitor driver in device management in windows control panel with file INF of PowerDesk software (that i find in subfolders of software). So i'm wonder: Why even with vga cable (in input) Th2go work???? I'm frustrated
Re: TripleHead2Go Signal problem
The four pins that are missing in your cable are the analog pins and you don't need them. The schematic I shared has all the pins shown but what you need is DL-DVI-D and that doesn't have these 4 pins. The connector you're showing in your picture looks like the right one but there is no way to tell whether the cable was built properly.Probably in input i need a cable with 4 pin also that in my cable missing.
Are you even sure your TH2G works? Have you installed PowerDesk and updated the firmware on your unit?

Re: TripleHead2Go Signal problem
There are news about my situation!
I decided to connect Th2go input port with cable VGA supplied. Finally Windows configured card correctly but TV MONITORS continue to be black. So i tried to connect 1 TV monitor with VGA-RJ45 cat5 adaptor to Th2go output at TV Vga port and it turn on, but quality image is bad! After i tried another thing: i connected th2go directy to TV Monitor without use extender using DVI-HDMI cable and TV turn on, but also in this case quality image is really bad! I'm confused: why Hdmi extender work if i connect directly to Tv monitor and instead don't work if connect it to th2go? And why quality image is bad? Resolution is 3840x1024/60hz (3x1280x1024)

As Joris pointed out, this is beyond the scope of this forum which is a Resolume forum.
I've tried to help you but it sounds like you really need to contact Matrox and/or the manufacturer of your extenders to sort this out.
