Is there something New about this ? I also had an issue with speed change

Any new way to lock the speed ?

How is the speed getting changed? I've never seen speed get accidentally changed before.

I do it all the time. If I happen to have my mouse over any speed parameters and hit the scroll wheel it will change. Same with layer transition speed
