Display output flickering

Hi all,
I found problem happened many times while connecting dual outputs in laptop
The screen flickering always but i have no idea how to fix it

Arena 7.18.2
Windows 11 pro 23H2
40G Ram
Amd Ryzen 5 5600H 3.30 Ghz
GTX 1650 4G
