USB Flash Drives crashing Arena

I'm having problems when using USB flash drives. When ejecting it from the computer, Resolume crashes and I need to restart the application.

I'm using the latest version (7.18.2) running on an Alienware M16 with Windows 11.

I know it's recommended not to use flash drives during the show, but at many gigs the DJs arrive with their content during the night and I need to get the content right away.

If you see it, could you please use the crash reporter dialog that pops up after the crash to submit a crash report?

That way we get lot more detailed information about what went wrong exactly.
Don't forget to fill out your email address, so we know it came from you

If it doesn't show, check the Administrative events log using the Event Viewer app. It should have an entry from around the time of the crash, and should provide some more info on what went wrong.

It doesn't show... the screen just freezes in grey, like a Windows app crash.. I'll install the Event Viewer and try to simulate the error.

Are you running files from the drive within Resolume?

No, just transfering files to the media drive... I use 1 Nvme with the apps and 1 with content, both internal drives.

Event viewer is already installed, you can open it by typing it into the search bar usually.
