Urgent Advice Needed: Additional GPU for Multi-Projector Setup

Post by salahaddin »

Dear Team,

I trust this message finds you well.

I am currently seeking urgent support and advice for a setup involving a small projection configuration with 4 projectors. I am in need of a computer with 4 output ports for the projectors and an additional port for a monitor.

I have constructed a system utilizing an RTX A4000 card, which, unfortunately, provides only 4 outputs. To address this limitation and accommodate the need for an additional port for the monitor, I am seeking recommendations for an additional GPU with suitable specifications.

Could someone please advise on the recommended GPU specifications that would fulfill this requirement?

Your prompt assistance and guidance on this matter would be greatly appreciated.

With regards,

You could use any gpu and one of the boxes above to achieve what you're after.

If you are NOT planning on blending the 4 PJ's then you could add in another GPU as well but I would just use the AJA box and call it a day.

Simplest most reliable way to do it is with a 4k splicer. Only problem is the distance from the splicer to the projectors… You will be limited to 20m max DVI runs if you need the sync…

We stock these as solutions to these problems:

One HDMI fibre run. Arena does the splice.
