In CMD window type "winget install --exact --silent --id NDI.NDIRuntime" and press "Enter"

Download and install NDI 6 Runtime manually
https://downloads.ndi.tv/SDK/NDI_SDK/NDI%206%20Runtime.exe

2. Go path "C:\Program Files\NDI\NDI 6 Runtime\v6\" and copy dll ...
