Re: Option to add Clip time remaining on an output slice
One idea would be to add Clip Time, System Time as a variables you can add to the Text Animator and Text Block effects. That way you create your own layout and format and route that to a Slice.

You might want to check the buffer size in the audio preferences. If your computer is struggling or audio playback is choppy you can try increasing it.

Re: Dot Matrix with Spacing
That plug-in looks nice indeed.
Since 7.20 we allow reading back pixels to the cpu to be able to perform calculations based on pixel values.
This allows quite some nice tricks as you can see in the new Strokes effect.

Re: wire: Randomly pick slices from slice input?
Maybe also good to mention is that since this topic has been created we worked on attribute flow.
Meaning that you can set the amount of instances to read through an input/inlet now.

Re: Wireless camera for live video in Resolume?
You can also use a product like this Birddog to stream a HDMI source over the network using NDI.
So any machine on the network can pick this HDMI source up. So if you have a camera with HDMI out this box can distribute the signal over the network.

Re: Artificial Inteligence Features
Would be cool to resolume to at least have someone responsible to look at new tech and specifically AI.
This summer we actually held a AI Summer Camp where each member of our team could pick an AI topic of their choosing to research for a week.
That ranged from trying to embed tensor flow models ...

Re: Sound reactive Wire patches
We totally agree creating audio reactive patches is not up to par yet.
We'll be looking into this soon because its a nuisance to us as well.
The Spectrum data itself is not that trivial to work with and indeed having a test signal to work with would be very convenient, right now i often use some ...

Re: NVIDIA Background Remover
We actually have been doing some tests on Windows and OSX again. Its a shame there is no single solution that works across platforms/vendors. Whenever we add a feature we really want to make sure its available for all of ours users, so it takes quite some time and work to get it to work everywhere ...
