The feedback from Arena (tested in both 7.21.3 and 7.22.7) comes on the address /composition/selectedclip/transport/position/out/out. This can be seen both within the built in OSC monitoring and in whatever is receiving it (in this case TouchOSC).

OSC Feedback on the wrong address
Playing around using OSC feedback for parameter values, specifically clip out point position.
Sending the message /composition/selectedclip/transport/position/out "?" to receive back the float value of the time of the out marker for the currently selected clip.
