School budget help?

Hellou, I was tasked with being a "technical director" for our school's event and I need a way to switch between presentation PCs and other visuals including backgrounds and videos and output to 2 projectors and to a livestream. I heard a lot about Resolume Avenue, however my budget is too tight for purchasing the whole 150€ license. So my question is, is there a way to maybe rent the license for a week or buy it pre-owned? Thanks for any help :)
