I’m working with Resolume Avenue 3.3 and I’m trying to build a simple setup where:
Photos (like the one below) play one after another like a slideshow.
On top of the photos, I want to add video textures (like smoke, glitch, particles…) that blend visually.
Here's an example image I'm using:

My goal:Have a full layer with still images playing one by one (even randomly if possible).
Add a second layer with looping textures that are transparent or blended with the image behind (using blend modes like Add or Multiply).
The problem is:
I can’t get the images to load properly, and there’s no “autopilot” feature in this version.
Also I’m not sure what’s the best way to organize the layers and textures.
Do you have any tips, templates, or old .avc files you could share?
Any advice would be amazing
