R-Shift on Clip Causes Problem

Hi,
Using Arena 3.22.9, since the upgrade, there is a weird and persistent problem. When I R-Click on a clip instead of the Clip Dropdown menu, I get the "New Effect window. I then have to cancel and try again for the clip dropdown menu sometimes it takes several tries. This Showed up on trying to apply a thumbnail and resizing. It also seems once I applied a new thumnail it no longer does this.

Can you make a screenrecording of this, with the pointer and clicks visible?
I get the clip menu on right clicking on the clip name handle.
