I was facing loading times of minutes on our new project before it would see files and be good to go. Started seeing if I could figure out why while also clearing up the project. Main reason I wanted to get around the long loading was for crash recovery during 'shows'.
I cleared out a few clips that weren't located in explorer (media files missing) and the project opens up ready to roll almost instantly. Might help some of you. Clear out those red box clips!
