RESOLUME crashes "program not responding"

CONFIG:
AMD Ryzen 9 9950X
64GB ram
RTX 4090
Decklink Extreme 12G


I have this PC with this configuration available at my work to operate RESOLUME. I started using Nvidia Broadcast to capture the video, removing the background and leaving only the person in the fixed camera in focus... but Resolume started to crash, causing bugs like: scrolling the mouse wheel freezes and only the MIDI controller works. I've searched but can't find anything explaining it or anyone having another reason. Could someone help me?

Were you able to submit the crash report with your email?

If the dialog is not showing, check the Windows Event logs.
