window appears on full screen external monitor

Hello friends

I'm having a serious problem with my settings. When I create a fullscreen image on monitor 2 or multiple monitors, the tabs I open appear above my fullscreen resolution display. This doesn't just happen when I'm in fullscreen resolution; it also happens with all applications that can output fullscreen to a monitor, for example, vmix and obs. Can anyone help me with the correct Windows settings? I don't want to reinstall Windows

Make sure to close any apps on the screen you want it to appear on during next launch.

Is this normal? I also can't reinstall my resolution, when I try to reinstall it, it automatically opens the main composition resolution which causes the installation to not run.

Use the auto updater, or the installer from our download page to reinstall.
