With version 29 officially released today, and the source code already released for use in other software, I think it would be very interesting to have compatibility with this new means of transporting audio and video over the network. Because it's free and open source, implementing it doesn't cost anything, but it certainly requires a few hours of development to make it compatible.
Currently, at least here in my country, vMix usage is quite high for event broadcasts, and OMT usage will certainly increase with version 29.
Here's a suggestion for implementation in the system.
