Audio not working with AJA card

I have an AJA Kona LHe card and the audio is not working in Resolume 4 Beta v2. I believe it stopped working when I registered the software today but I'm not sure. In any case, the audio works fine through my Apogee Ensemble interface, but not the AJA: either its AES output or SDI output. The AJA is still working with Resolume 3.
