Recently i just got a new pc... An Asus i7 8gbram 2gbgraphics... Then i installed Arena 4.1.8, and for a couple of ours i was investigating, messing around with the built in clips to get familiarized with the software. I got a bunch of MP4 clips downloaded earlier last year just for the time i got my Arena working.
First of all i found a problem loading the MP4 clips, and later i found out that MP4 clips aren't built for vjing... Found that i had to compress/convert to DXV file... Downloaded the MPEG Streamclip, the DXV codec from Resolume site, Quicktime alternative and yet, i couldn't compress any because on MPEG Streamclip, there is no DXV file on the conversions drop menu. So yet, i couldn't load any of my clips, nor convert them. PLEASE HELP.
Plus, yesterday when i launched Arena again, it showed up a message after the splash screen of Resolume with a message saying 'Resolume has stopped working'... PLEASE HELP AGAIN...
Thanks in advance...
Resolume has stopped working + MP4 clips
Re: Resolume has stopped working + MP4 clips
First do yourself a favor, uninstall 4.1.8 and install 4.1.11!
Then, you'll find the DXV codec in MPEG Streamclip under Export to Quicktime then choose DXV Codec Compressor under the Compression menu.

Re: Resolume has stopped working + MP4 clips
My Resolume is currently not working. Is it goin to work with the 4.1.1 version? How can i fix this working problem?
Re: Resolume has stopped working + MP4 clips
Likely resolume is trying to open your last saved composition full of mp4s, and running out of memory doing that.
you can either delete the resolulme config file, or rename the composition file so res. does not find it.

Re: Resolume has stopped working + MP4 clips
Tried uninstalling Resolume and deleting the configs on the Documents folder... And installed again... No luck...
