Instale el programa para probarlo a ver que tal me funciona y cuando lo voy a iniciar me da este error.
a que se debe??

This is an error related to Windows XP. We're aware of it, but we're not sure if there's much we can still do about it.

Really, the best advice is to move forward and ditch XP.
