Advanced output presets - Save function not working

Hi all,

I just bought Resolume Arena, and I need to use the advanced output function which is great.
When working on mapping an object with multiple slices, all is OK.
The 'Save' function seems to work, and I can find my different presets listed on the top left menu.
The thing is, when I quit Resolume and restart, all the presets are vanished...
I looked for the XML file everywhere on my computer and nothing pops up.
Any hints? Please help...

Where is located your documents folder? Is your windows login written only with latin letters?

Here's where my folder is located:
C:\Users\Sébastien\Documents\Resolume Arena 5\presets
But then I don't have any screensetup folder or file in here.

Look into C:\Users\ folder, and probably you see folder named C:\Users\Sébastien\, where you find Documents folder and Resolume advanced output presets.

I've also noticed that bug (Resolume look for presets in one folder, but save in another), hope it will be fixed. You can also input "é" and other symbols in slice name in advanced output, and see how codepage breaks.

For fast solution - go to settings of your Documents folder, select location tab, and move it to some other directory, which not contain symbols of national alphabet such as "é" and so on.

I found the folder with the weird letters for Sébastien, but it still doesn't work event after the changes.
I sent an email to the Resolume team, and I'll keep you updated if I have news from them.

Or you can create new user, for example "Sebastien", and try how Resolume works on it.

Or if you want to use current user, you can try to make symlink from Sébastien to Sébastien:
Execute in PowerShell with admin rights.

cmd mklink /D C:\Users\Sébastien C:\Users\Sébastien
