Windows output has a glow

Using windows 10 pro and there is a light glow from my HDMI output. How do I get rid of this? Is there a setting in windows to turn it off?

what do you mean a light glow? Are you using a projector?

Nvidia control panel, select the output and change to full colour not limited.
