Avenue 6.1.2 Anim GIF playback issue (?)

Tried to playback some ani gif's on new version and I cannae get it to work.

(3 mins of waffle - but you get the jist).

Any ideas if im missing something rather obvious!?

Same with Arena 6.1.2 too.
Creativity, Imagination, Inspiration, Caffeine.
