Arena 7 audio issues

Hi Zoltan,
We’re going to have 5 days of show next week so I’ll try with a stereo DI. When we experienced this issue I wasn’t there but doing a little research I understood that the resolume laptop was on the same ground of the PA. Thanks for your help. I’ll keep you posted.

similar to my issues on the last job - i renrendered all file to NQ-DVX not HQ and also changed the Audio outs to match the video (96000 in my case)

I have the same issue. Restarting R7 solves the problem, but only for a while. After a few minutes the issue is back

Last night I had massive problems on Videoplayback on Arena 7.

12min Video. Audio lagging at the end roundabout 6sec.

Laptop Asus ROG Strix G 731
16Gb
RTX2070
SSD 512Gb

Afterwards I tried it with a converted Alley DXV file. Also audiolagging but only 0,5s.

ppt and VLC no problems.

Today I want to recap. And no issues. Only difference instead of a beamer I used a 65" screen.

Now I asked is A7 the right, reliable software for that.

All the same that Chris2821 said. Audio lagged all time on Arena 7 when worked with LED yesterday. And there is no lagging now on 40" monitor at same project. Laptop MSI GE63RGB-8RF Raider 15.6" (1920x1080) Full HD, Intel Core i7-8750H (2.2 - 4.1 GHz)/RAM 16 Gb/HDD 1 Tb + SSD 256 + 512 Gb /nVidia GeForce GTX 1070, 8 Gb/Windows 10/ no Nahimic
Im shure it's an Arena 7 BUG.

Had the same issue on a Corporate event.

Audio glitches like if the driver is fucked up.
