hey guys!
I'm having problems with Arena, the image is flickering randomly on external monitors, a grid appears under the flicker.
this flicker only happens on the screens with resolume output, it doesn't happen on the main screen, the flicker doesn't happen on the entire screen, only on some pieces, and it happens on the two external monitors, one at a time, I've already checked the frequency, everything is fine with the same hz, and peek is disabled.
I've already tried to change the video card, ram memory, I've also formatted windows, I've used the Studio and gamer driver last edition, I've tried with versions 7.13, 7.15 and 7.16, I've tested with several HDMI and displayport cables too and in all these situations the image kept flashing, everything is indicating a problem with my motherboard, has anyone experienced this?
Below I send a link to the example video I made of the problem.
I'm using windows 10 22H2, the processor is an i9 9900kf and the gpu is an RTX 3060 12gb.
The problem happens only in resolume, in other software it doesn't happen, I tried in Propresenter and vmix, all using two external screens.

Re: Output flickering
We're looking into these.
Could you please send us the Resolume log file via the feedback tab in preferences?
Thanks!

Re: Output flickering
I'll provide the log, the gpus I tested were two 12gb RTX 3060s, one from Zotac and the other from Galax, I also tested it with a GT1030 from Galax, all of them having the same problem.

Re: Output flickering
Thanks, attached it to our ticket.
What kind of resolutions do you see the glitches with?
Do they also happen with 720p output, or smaller?

Re: Output flickering
I only tested it in 1080p, I can test it in 720p and I'll come back with the result

Re: Output flickering
Im having the same issue, we've followed the same testing that you described but no results yet. Hope we can find the solution soon.
Re: Output flickering
Do you have the driver set to performance mode and power saving optimizations disabled in Windows?

Re: Output flickering
I have looked through all the power settings to ensure that any power saving mode is turned off and I also made sure it was in ultimate performance mode, but about 10 minutes after I turned it to ultimate performance mode, it was flashing intermittently again.
It looks like it is trying to resize-- not actually going all the way out. I can really see it when displaying the test card. Again, no flickering on the computer or in the program, just on the output screens.
