Hello bonjour,
Since the 7.18.0 (and 7.18.1), here is a strange bug :
Midi input coming from a Focusrite scarlet 4i4 is not played in reslolume Avenue.
In the new Midi monitor window, midi notes are recognised, I can see Note off Note on etc in real time...
But notes are not recognized when playing medias, and not recognised when mapping midi.
Very strange.
2 other MIDI devices are connected and work fine (APC40MK2 and LPK25)
I ve tested with focusrite only ,... idem.
I've reinstaled the last 7.17 version, and all is ok !
Thanks in advance for your feedback

Interesting.
I think I found the issue, made a ticket,
Try disabling the Clock input on in the midi preferences.

Re: Avenue 7.18 Midi in from Scarlet 4i4 not played
Ok I've found something :
in MIDI device preference, i have the focusrite USB MIDI input ON (of course), and clock Input ON.
When desabled, the midi notes work fine.
For info, The midi signal come from FL Studio on an other PC.
In the past, 7.17 version, I had problem with Resolume loosing the clock sync coming from FL Studio.
In FL Studio Asio driver config ( a focusrite card too), we can choose 3 "playback tracking" possibilities, called driver, hybrid or mixer.
With "hybrid" selected, Resolume clock synchro is ok,... not in "driver".
And yes, the MIDI play and sync worked ok on 7.17
and FFT input from focusrite is ok on 7.18.
quelle histoire
Merci à vous !
