7.17 RECORD Feature, question about Preset

Thanks a lot for this new 7.17 version, the RECORD new feature is great.
I made a quick RECORD test and found 2 strange things :

- in the new RECORD window, the parameter icon at the right of the PRESET field send to the "Clip rendering Preference" and not to the "Recording Preferences".

- When I record in a selected format, the new "H264 high quality" for exemple, 3 files are created at the same time on the hard disk :
TestRecord.wav
TestRecord.mp4
TestRecord_muxed.mov

I asked only for the .mp4 file, with Preset "H264" selected, I think !

Indeed, the audio is not recorded directly into the final file, it needs to be multiplexed. For that we keep the original files around.
Also in the case you'd need them separately, there they are.

Do you mean this button for the presets?
Seems to work fine for me.

A late reponse about the Recording preference button (yes, this one, on your screen capture) :

- this RECORD preset preference icon, when pressed, open the general preference window, BUT on the CLIP RENDERING line, and not on the RECORDING line.
Before finding this, I tried many time changing the RECORD preference, but I was changing the CLIP RENDERING preference.

- The same problem when pressing the RENDER preset preference icon.
It send to the preference general menu, but at a wrong line, to the DEFAULTS line.
