“Scene” Recall ?

Post by daevmomo »

Hi Anyone, I’m looking for a way to save various configurations of layers/clips (activated and at chosen opacities), for easy recall, so the look can come on all at once as a scene?

Example: if I design one look per song - which is many clips activated at several opacity levels - it can take a while and be tricky, to to activate all of these, & set their levels, (plus turn off clips from the last song) even with a midi controller. It would be great to save the configuration and recall it with one button. Then the visuals or look for a song can arrive together, and quickly, just in time?

Is there a function I’m missing in Resolume that could accomplish this?
Thanks!

You can create a scene for each song, which will allow you to save the state of all layers and clips. If you're using a MIDI controller, you can map the scene activation to buttons on your controller for even faster access. fnaf
