Problems with my Laptop ( Benchmark Low)

After Running the Benchmark test and Posting results there :

System :

• Model: XMG P503 Schenker Notebook
  System: Windows 7 Pro (64bit)
  Processor: i7-4800MQ @2,70 Ghz
  Memory: 16 GB GB DDR
  GPU: Nvidia GTX 770M 3GB (Single GPU)
  Harddisk: Samsung 840 Pro 256GB

Resolume 4.8

SetUp:
- Laptop Monitor ( 1920 x 1080)
-Output Projektor ( 1920x1080p)

(Composition 640x480)
480p (clean) :13
480p (noise) :11

(Composition 1920x1080)
1080p (clean): 2 ( 32fps)
1080p (noise) : 2 (29 fps)

I hope there is something i need to cahnge / Fix in my Laptop. This low results are impossible. I bought this Machine about half a year ago and it was expensive...

It hast internal HD4000 and the GPX 770m conneted via Nvidia Optimus ( Resolume runnning on the GTX for sure)

Does Anybody has any Idea were i can start looking after the missing power ?!

System is using the hd4000 not the GTX 770. Short of a failing hard drive, Optimus is the issue.

You can check the logfile to see if Resolume is using the Intel or the GTX...

Integrated Intel:

Does only the GTX appear, never the internal HD4000

i also set the GTX to default

Since you are using a laptop, have you checked/changed your power settings?
If you have it set to anything other than "high performance" then your gpu will throttle
down to save battery.
You should be using a custom or "high performance" profile in your power settings.
Have you checked your bios settings? Sometimes the defaults favor stability over performance.
e.g. Hyper-threading disabled.
Make sure "turbo-boost" is enabled on card if applicable.
Make sure you have write caching enabled in your hard drive properties.
Besides the usual "update your drivers" that is all I can think of.

hey guys,

I think I am having the same issue.
If the log files shows that I am not using my nice Nvidia card but the Intel integrated graphics, how can I change it ?
In the Nvidia config tool I indicated to use the card for Resolume. Anywhere else where I should check ? (bios ? windows ?)

Question where can i find the log file in windows 8, I looked in the C:\User\{username}\AppData\Local folder but nothing to be seen of Resolume, please let me know.
