black magic with resolute

Hi all,
Im using Resolume by my mac book pro.
I bought blackmagic ultra studio express.
i connect blackmagic thru thunderbolt to thunderbolt and hdmi out to the screen.
but it get me a black screen.

i do this as i need to get some video in and graphic out thru the resolume to the screen.
its shown that black magic can't make it.

is there any other solution to do so?

Your using the blackmagic device as HDMI output? So Resolume doesn't support that.

But your in luck. Using the Black Syphon application you can sypthon your video out of resolume to an App that does output. Can Resolume do input and the App output? I Don't know! But at least you sorta got a chance with this.
