Deck crash on resolume 5.0.4 software bug or not ?

Hi .

I want to place resolume arena in a night club.
A prerequisite is to carry out the changes of decks with midi controler.
I have tried the resolyme arena 5.0.4 with windows 7 ultimate 32&64 bit and windows 10 64bit.
'' nvidia gtx 960 - intel i7 - intel SSD - 8GB RAM DDR3 '' .
The result is the same...resolume crashes on at changes of decks......
...especially when the change occurs at the end of a transition .
Please tell me is this a software bug or not ?

A few questions for you:
- How big is your comp?
- How many clips per deck?
- Are all your movie clips in DXV3 format?
- Is your GTX960 a 2GB model?

- gigabyte gtx 960 4gb
- 5 clips per layer 640x480 resolusion
- i use the demo resolume and the demo videos 640x480
- 3 or 4 decks
- 6 layers
- i have install dxv 3.1
-i have install quicktime last version
in the same pc i install windows 7 ultimate 32 bit then i instal windows 7 ultimate 64 bit and then i instal
windows 10 ultimate 64 bit and the problem is the same .
1 ) when i change fast decks resolume crashes .
2 ) when i change one deck after 30 minutes or more resolume crashes .
3 ) if i i change slow decks maybe resolume crash maybe not.

Take a look at this thread but with what you're describing you shouldn't have any problems so you might want to contact the developers directly.

Well just now I installed the '' Resolume arena 4.2.2 demo '' in the same pc and everything works perfectly !
I think this is purely a problem of software '' Resolume 5..''
If the decks are inactive the software can not be used for professional use and this is because the '' show ''can not have durability .
I hope it is not something serious.
