Arena 6 doesn't quit

Hi,
I installed direct Arena 6.0.7 after formatting the mac.
So it opens the compositions I imported from backup but it doesn't quit, I have to force the quit.

Resolume hangs on exit trying to clean up stuck Audio analyzer threads.
It will be fixed in the next release.

Is this the same for windows? I can't restart Arena without restarting the computer.

Yes, it's the same.
You can force quit Resolume in the Task manager on windows.
