Hi,
I have been using the USB - c port with an adapter to DVI and when plugged in to the LED screen it is not all black, it looks grey. Its hard to explain but it's not like when I use the HDMI port, that is fine. Is there a way of fixing this with using the USB-c port so it is totally black? I have tried more than one adapter and even used the hdmi port from the adapter through usb-c and still the same problem. Is there a setting I need to change or is there a certain adapter I need to use?
If you could help that would be great!
Running Windows 10 pro
Thanks
