Issue with UltraStudio4k Video Input

Our Blackmagic Decklink UltraStudio 4K mini is being used a capture/input device. It has worked fine for us in the past, but now will not show video input. When I use the device in other applications (i.e. ProVideoPlayer or Blackmagic Media Express) the preview of the video input shows up instantly. But not with Resolume Arena. Can you please help? What changed? I have this exact set up at two locations, and it doesn't work anymore at either, and it has been working for months. I've tried all the basic things, like power cycling, resetting connectors, installing previous versions of software, etc..


Why won't a video input feed show up as an input on Arena? I see it as a source, but it won't play, and the video won't appear on the preview screen of the ultra studio. HELP!

Try updating the desktop video drivers to the latest version.
