Massive problems with DXV clips

I've received a load of clips from an agency, they are all in DXV format, some with alpha, some without.

I'm having loads of problems with some of them, it's mostly some of the clips with alpha. Constant crashes in both Arena and Alley, often without the report message after the crash.

I've tried re-encoding some of them in Alley, and although they did appear to render, the produced files cannot be loaded in either Arena or Alley. Alley gives the message "Failed to load media file"

I've sent a few crash reports already during the course of the day.
Any advice welcome, this is pretty urgent!

I'm afraid I can't.
I'm under an extremely tight NDA...
I'll have to wait until tomorrow, and get written permission from the client before I can do that.

As you're in a hurry, maybe they can render the files with some other codec and you render them to DXV if the initial DXVs from the client are corrupted?
