Doing a proper shutdown at the end of the day might be an idea to try.
Drivers and software can get confused when running for a loong time.

I have the opacity channel functioning, as well as like 90% of my clips. First weird thing is that some clips only fire once, while several others will fire upon selection. I havent done anything different between the clips… just [clip # @@] for my trigger cue while [opacity] is at full.

We're looking into capture cards resetting their resolutions.
However cards going completely offline, we've have not seen yet.
Does the client restart their computer at all, or do they leave it go to sleep at the end of a work day?

Could you please use the crash reporter dialog that pops up after the crash to submit a crash report?
That way we get lot more detailed information about what went wrong exactly.
