Re: Resolume Avenue 3.2 Released!

Yes!

At the moment I am shooting clips for and preparing a new AV-performance which is going to use alpha channels a lot and was just praying that DXV alpha support would be released before the performance takes place. I am really relieved now! :-)

Re: [New Feature]OSC output from Resolume

+1 OSC Output

I would in general like it but especially to incorporate my Novation Launchpad better. Let them blink! :D

OSC deck switching

Hello,

to be able to switch the decks via OSC would be great. For example deck1, deck2 (from left to right on screen) with something like select as an event.

Thanks

Novation Launchpad, Processing and Resolume Avenue

Hej, last week I bought myself a Novation Launchpad. Since (afaik) Resolume Avenue does not support Midi Out to let the Buttons glow I coded a little sketch right before a gig in processing. It lets the Launchpad glow and communicates with Avenue. So if anyone is interested you can find it on my web...

Re: NVIDIA GeForceTM Go 8400M GS 128

I would be interested to know that too ...

... and have a additional question:
Does anyone know how the 8400M GS is performing compared to the 9400M? 9400M is using shared memory which is why I suppose it is slower, but the chip is newer ...

Re: No output on 2nd screen !

This problem seems to be not only one of Resolume 3. Today I was working on some MAX/MSP/Jitter stuff and I noticed that video the second screen was not working. Since Jitter uses OpenGL too I tried the option that helped with Resolume and it did also help in this case. Maybe this of interest for fi...

Show your Resolume 3 sessions ...

After Resolume 3 is out for a little time now I am curious what all you people do with it. Would be nice if some of you post your Resolum 3 sessions in this thread with some words about what you did. And I will start with two videos: http://www.vimeo.com/2044670 http://www.vimeo.com/2045054 In both ...

Re: 64 videos made into "Thriller" masterpiece

if you know how to patch or are willing to learn it you could probably use puredata or max/msp to analyse the sound to detect the bpms and then send random midi notes to a virtual midi device. in resolume you just have to define the right midi notes to your clips. in a simple version there would be ...
