Registration file won’t won’t write

Problem is on Mac. I’ve checked writing permissions and everything appears fine. I’ve tried both online and offline registration.

A quick test/fix, try to create another user with admin credentials and see if it's works.

Usually a permission issue.
Delete the

/Library/Application Support/Resolume Arena

folder and reinstall Resolume using a new installer from our download page for your version.
Also make sure Resolume has full disk access in the OSX privacy.
