Send crash with no reoly

Hi team,
I have facing crashing issue, i always click (send report) with my name and email address, also addressing the problem in the discretion
But no reply from the team

I can't know the problem caused by, to try to resolve it.
Is it hardware issue?
Is it software issue? (I installed a new copy of windows) but the crash is still happening
Help please to resolve this problem

Crash in the nvidia drivers, go back to version 550, or try disabling threaded optimization in the nvidia driver settings.

It's happening sometimes while change deck's (pages) when the deck have many vidoes and columns
And while open recent (sometimes)
Also while open the collected progect from folder
Sometimes happening while delete column/s too
Do you think it's happening because error from the sdd?

We've seen reports of new issues with the newer nvidia drivers, which we're still investigating, so I'd rather recommend to go back to 550 instead of updating to the latest, but you can try either if you'd like.

Ok I got your point
But I can't find the quadro 550 driver as you mentioned
Can you please check this link, do you mean this version?
