Output flickering

Hi there, just wanting some insight into an issue we've been facing recently with Arena. We're running 7.16 on a windows 10 pc. We've had a weird issue that sometimes when previewing clips our outputs will flicker to black (see video for visual.) I'm not sure what intitially causes the issue to start happening but when it is happening it will flicker if you go from previewing a clip to previewing an empty clip Sometimes it's only 1 ouput but sometimes it's both outputs. I do know a restart of Arena will fix it as well. Any an all guidance would be appreciated

Is this grid layout set up in Resolume?

but about 10 minutes after I turned it to ultimate performance mode, it was flashing intermittently again.

Did you restart Resolume after changing the settings?

Yes, I immediately restarted after changing settings-- This was after the restart.

The Grid is just a layer in resolume but it shouldn’t have any effect on this issue I would believe. The issue has been happening for awhile, like maybe for a month to a month and a half, and we only started using the grid in the last week or so.

Is there any update on this issue. I have been facing this from the beginning of January this year. Still not clear. I raced this issue and many people are getting this issue now. Please find a solution asap

The thing is, we can't make it happen on our machines, so we don't know where to look further at this time.

Bro its not the entire screen goes black. Its a slice or 60% of the output is gone like a checker flicker( patterns coming ) see the videos provided in the chat also dma texture on/off does not do any changes
