Does this work?:

It looks like it should work with ch 1 Mode and ch 5 Speed set to 0.

Re: Minor UI Parameter Display Bugs

That's probably because the Text animator clip doesn't have an audio track to FFT to. Ah I see. Yes you are correct. I think out of Composition, External and Clip FFT, Clip FFT must be the only one that can check to NOT display the indicator? (or just doesnt finish displaying the indicator if there...

Text Animator Countdowns

I spent a bunch of time playing with the text animator and shaper effects to make some countdown timers and some animation. Heres what I came up with: Countdown Timers.jpg Also Attached Composition: Layer 4: 5 Min countdown timer starting at first clip. Flashes red every 1 minute. Layer 3: 25s Count...

Minor UI Parameter Display Bugs

Noticed these while clicking things: In the Text Animator Effect and Source, under the Animate section, the rotation parameter displays in radians when set to Dashboard, Clip Position, or any of the FFT options. If any parameter is set to Clip FFT, the dot indicator showing it is selected disappears...

Re: Resolume lumiverses -> Capture Nexum led stripes

Capture is Artnet / Network DMX Only. This will work directly from Resolume to Capture on the same computer. You will also be able to connect a lighting console into Capture at the same time. See capture page: http://www.capturesweden.com/Support/Connectivity Resolume DMX Output Page: https://resolu...

Re: Resolume 6 FFT Audio Only Has Low End

Is this is on the same computer? It looks like it is the same signal but just a different gain level for V5. I can confirm that on the same computer using the same audio input, with the same default audio settings, the level in V5 in the fft monitor appears to be louder. Not sure if this just the vi...

Arena 6.1.1 Group Parameter Animation

Is this a bug?: It appears that all dropdown arrows to select parameter animation (dashboard, timeline, envelope etc) in the group panel are not working for me. I tried on 2 separate computers. Arena 6.1.1, Windows Clicking the arrow does not show the menu, but only in the group panel, composition, ...

Re: additional DMX-Channels in Fixture-Editor...

When we decide to add uv to the color spaces, how do you expect us to drive this channel with video? I think I might just be partly reiterating what has already been said: You could have a (new?) Channel type other than pixel block or range parameter: -A single channel similar to a range parameter ...

Re: Arena 6 - Micro ATX build

You will have plenty of PCIe Lanes:
See the Intel block diagram for Z390:

Yes the CPU has 16 lanes directly connected (usually the just the 1st x16 slot) to it but there is plenty more available via the chipset.

Re: Securing Media with a Dongle!

There would be a performance hit (or it could be negligible for reading files?) If the encryption was hardware accelerated this would probably help a bit. I have not done any testing myself to confirm what it says on the veracrypt website, but it does claim: "Parallelization and pipelining allow dat...
