Carolina S. Otero A.K.A SPECTRAL (1983- Madrid). Graduated in Fine Arts, she is a visual content creator, VJ, and teacher. She has been actively present in the VJ scene since 2009.

Along with other training, such as ENG camera operator, Motion Graphics, production, and her extensive artistic knowledge, she has participated in numerous work experiences with complex screen setups as a touring VJ in places like London, Paris, Mykonos, Monterrey, Colombia, and Guadalajara. Her professional background also includes advising and adapting technical screen design configurations to suit spatial demands or venue-specific technical characteristics in places like Miami, New York, Mexico, and Italy, among others. She has, of course, worked extensively in Spain, with an operations center in the lively Madrid nightlife, entertaining at festivals, concerts, and other events across the country.

She is someone who doesn’t confine herself to a specific style; she enjoys gathering, abstracting, and assimilating diverse references to create a coherent narrative. Curious and hardworking, she always seeks to learn, collaborate, and improve herself to captivate, inspire, or entertain through her work.
